Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we only ship within the US.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please view our refund policy here.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our processing time depends on the type of product ordered. For orders with multiple product categories the processing time for the order will equal the longest of the items ordered. For local orders we may be able to split deliveries to provide products as soon as they are ready. Please reference the below list for the estimated processing times:
• Printed Paper and Synthetic Paper Items: 1 Day*
• Stickers & Decals: 1 Day
• Banners and Signage: 1-2 Days
• Vinyl Wraps: 1- 2 Days
• Promotional Products: 1-2 Days**
• Apparel: 2-4 Days
*Very large orders & orders which exceed our on hand paper stock may require 1 additional day of processing time
**Special Order Promotional items may require additional processing time
Your order can also be delayed due to carrier delays which are out of our control.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay and Amazon Pay.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Due to the fast processing time of our products, most orders cannot be canceled or modified. We will consider each request on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us ASAP if you need to make a request.
How do I track my order?
To track your order log into your account and select tracking, or go to our tracking page and enter your order details.
What if my order arrives damaged, or isn't what I ordered?
If you order arrives damaged, or it's not what you ordered please inform us within 3 business days. Please review our refund policy here.
Do you offer monthly invoicing?
Yes! Contact us and create an account to get monthly invoicing set up! Make tracking invoices easier by getting a single invoice with all of your purchases for the month. Individual item pricing will be communicated at the time of order but payment will not be due until the end of the month.
